About the Creator

Hi there! I'm your course creator, "Doctor Jus", and I'm thrilled to share my expertise on core and pelvic floor health with you. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic floor specialist, and run coach with years of experience helping people move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level. I’ve worked with athletes, postpartum moms, and everyday movers—from those training for marathons to those just trying to live pain-free and confidently. As the founder of InHer Physique Pelvic Therapy, I’ve built clinics that focus on inclusive, evidence-based care for active individuals.  Like many of you, I’ve faced challenges on my journey—including overcoming my own health struggles—and have learned valuable lessons that I’m excited to pass on.
